I created ENTER THE NOW to offer you a personalized easy-to-follow weekly plan of gentle practices that can help reduce your stress while opening the door to the many benefits of mindfulness.

Step 1: Understanding What You Need

Our first step would be to learn more about you. We’ll take a little time to find out what could help you the most:

Let’s talk! I’d like to hear about your daily life, how you’re feeling, what’s bringing you joy, and what’s challenging. Trouble sleeping? Do you feel overworked or stressed out a lot?
How do you manage stress? Does your stress come in peaks and valleys, or is it always present? Do you have worrisome fears or regrets? Do you care for others?
What would you love to improve? Maybe you’d like to feel relaxed, smile more, sleep soundly, or simply enjoy the little things in life more often.

Step 2: A Personalized Weekly Plan

I’ll then design a weekly plan uniquely tailored for you. The plan has four segments, with mindfulness practices in each suited to your needs and interests:

The best way to develop mindfulness is to adopt practices that can become a regular part of your daily routine. In our weekly sessions, I’ll introduce each of the practices and offer insights and support on how best to integrate these practices into your life. You don’t have to do everything at once—just a little bit each day can make a big difference!

Step 3: Checking In and Adjusting

How’s it going? – Each week, I’ll check in to see what’s working and where you might need help. Our sessions will provide a safe space for sharing and navigating any obstacles you may face. Plus, I'll offer plenty of guidance and support along the way!
Celebrate your progress – Even tiny changes make a big difference! The more you enjoy the process, the more benefits will come your way. Adjust your plan – We’ll tweak and revamp your plan as needed so that it continues to develop your mindfulness and help you meet your goals.
